President to hold office hours for students

President Neil L. Rudenstine will hold office hours for students, on a first-come, first-served basis, on Tuesday, May 12, from 5 to 6 p.m. in his Massachusetts Hall office.

Former Greek parliament member to speak at KSG

Gianna Angelopoulos-Daskalaki, chair of the Athens 2004 Olympic Bid Committee and former member of the Greek parliament, will speak at a luncheon at the Kennedy School of Government on Thursday, May 7, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in Land Hall, in the Belfer Building.

International Office begins summer schedule

The Harvard International Office, located in Holyoke Center, Room 864, began its summer schedule on May 4. The office will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 pm., Monday through Friday, until Aug. 7, with the exception of two holidays: Memorial Day observance on May 25 and Independence Day observance on July 3.

Privacy and cyberspace program to be held at Law School

"Privacy and Cyber/Spaces: Government Databanks and Identification" is the topic of a panel discussion to be held 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, at Pound Hall 102.

The discussion, sponsored by the Berkman Center for Internet and Society, the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, and the Harvard Information Infrastructure Project at the Kennedy School, will feature the following speakers: Harold Bursztajn, co-director, Program in Psychiatry and Law, Medical School; Denise Nagel, executive director, Coalition for Patient Rights; Molly Shaffer Van Houweling, articles editor, Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, and head teaching fellow in Privacy in Cyberspace; Robert Ellis Smith, Editor, Privacy Journal; John Roberts, executive director, ACLU of Massachusetts; and Richard Sobel, Berkman Center Fellow. Richard Sobel, a Berkman Center Fellow, will be moderator.
