U.S. Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson will teach a course at the Kennedy School of Government (KSG) this semester, announced Dean Joseph S. Nye Jr. Richardson will join the school in February and serve as an adjunct lecturer for two semesters.

Prior to becoming energy secretary, a post he has held since August of 1998, Richardson served as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, and as a congressman from New Mexico for seven years.

"Bill Richardson has incomparable experience as a congressman, a UN ambassador, and a cabinet secretary. Our students have much to learn from him," Dean Nye said.
