Weissman internship recipients

Weissman names 24 internship recipients

Since 1994, the Weissman International Internship Program has provided Harvard sophomores and juniors the opportunity to participate on an international internship in a field of work related to their academic and career goals. Established by Paul ('52) and Harriet Weissman, the internship strives to expose students to other cultural, political, and economic systems. This year's 24 Weissman interns will work with organizations from both the private and public sectors in Africa, Central and South America, Europe, Russia, and Southeast Asia.

The 2000-01 Weissman International Internship Program recipients are:

Leah Aylward '03, Jonathan Burton-MacLeod '02, David DeBartolo '03, Olga Fedorischeva '03, Emi Fong '02, Cathleen Greenzang '03, Olivia Hung '03, Neha Jadeja '03, Christopher Kellner '02, Scott Lee '03, Matthew Lincoln '03, Natalie Linos '03, Page McClean '03, Yaw Osseo-Asare '02, Sue Paik '02, Samantha Piper '03, Nancy Redd '03, Matthew Rosenberg '02, Kimberly Sanchez '03, Phillip Scherrer '02, Dominika Seidman '03, Poom Siraprapasiri '03, Claire Sulmers '03, and Beata Ziolkowska '02.

The Weissman International Internship Program is housed within the International Experience Program (IEP) at the Office of Career Services. There will be an information session in October, in which interested students can meet with former Weissman interns who will share their experiences and answer questions. The application deadline for the Weissman Program is Feb. 15, 2002.
