On his Monday (Sept. 24) visit to the University, Leonel Antonio Fernández Reyna (right), the president of the Dominican Republic, takes a moment to stop in front of the John Harvard Statue and offer warm greetings to fellow countryman Marino Auffant ’10, while S. Allen Counter, the director of the Harvard Foundation, looks on. The Harvard Foundation honored Fernández later the same evening.
